§ 32.20  CONTINUATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Planning Commission of the City of the Village of Douglas, having previously been established pursuant to Act 285 of the Public Acts of 1931, is hereby continued with full powers and privileges pursuant to the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Public Act 33 of 2008, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3801 et seq.
