§ 152.01  STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The state legislature has in Public Act 207 of 1921, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq., as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry.
