§ 112.06  POSSESSION OR TRANSPORTATION BY MINOR.
   No person under the age of 21 shall purchase or knowingly possess or transport any alcoholic liquor or knowingly possess, transport, or have under his or her control in any motor vehicle or watercraft any alcoholic liquor unless the person is employed by a person or corporation by the State Liquor Control Commission and is possessing, transporting, or having the alcoholic liquor under his or her control during regular working hours and in the course of his or her employment.  No owner of any motor vehicle or watercraft shall knowingly allow a person under the age of 21 years to transport or have under his or her control any alcoholic liquor, subject only to the exception provided in this section.  Possession or control of an open container of any type containing alcoholic liquor shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section.
