§ 111.02  EXHIBITION OF LICENSE TO OWNER OF LAND OR BUILDING TO BE USED FOR BUSINESS.
   No person shall knowingly allow or permit any building or land owned or possessed by him or her to be used for an amusement or entertainment business unless a city license therefor shall have first been shown to the owner or possessor.
