§ 110.20  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR SCOOTER.  Any motorized vehicle having either two or three wheels, such as a motorcycle, motorbike, or motor scooter, but excluding automobiles.
