The following procedure shall apply to the registration of all businesses and temporary vendors.
(A) All businesses shall register with the City Clerk prior to commencing business within the city.
(B) All businesses shall complete the registration form and pay any necessary fees by April 1 of each year with the exception of the 2007 license year. For the 2007 license year, all businesses shall complete the registration form and pay any necessary fees by July 1, 2007.
(C) All temporary vendors shall register prior to commencing business for any period within a calendar year.
(D) Registration shall be on forms available with the City Clerk and supplied by the city. The forms shall include the name of the business, emergency contact person and telephone number, nature of the business, and any other relevant information as shall be deemed appropriate.
