(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.01et seq. shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not exceeding $300 or to imprisonment for not more than 90 days in the County Jail, or both fined and imprisoned, in the discretion of the court.
