(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 90.20et seq. is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to the civil fines set forth in the schedule of civil fines in § 34.06 and any other relief that may be imposed by the court. Each act of violation and each day upon which the violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
