The provisions of this subchapter shall not prevent the uninterrupted, continued use and occupancy of any recreational vehicle being used and occupied as such on 7-25-1956, provided that if the use is discontinued, then the resumption of the use or occupancy shall be subject to the provisions of this subchapter.
