§ 52.161  RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSTALLATION OF BUILDING SEWER AFTER ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION.
   Those customers making connections subsequent to the time of original construction of the public sewer shall install, at their expense, that portion of the building sewer from the public sewer to the lot or easement line in addition to that portion of the building sewer from the lot or easement line to their premises.
