§ 52.127  REQUEST FOR WRITTEN INTERPRETATION.
   Any discharger shall have the right to request in writing an interpretation or ruling by the Authority on any matter covered by this chapter and shall be entitled to a prompt written reply.  In the event that such an inquiry deals with matters of compliance with this chapter, for which enforcement activity relating to alleged violation is the subject of the discharger’s request, the request may stay all enforcement proceedings pending receipt of the aforesaid written reply.  Stays shall not be granted where the action results in a threat to the environment, the POTW, or to public health and safety.  Appeal of any final judicial order entered pursuant to this chapter may be taken in accordance with local and state law.
