Following the entry of any order by the Authority Board regarding the conduct of a discharger contrary to the provisions of § 52.124, the attorney for the Authority Board may, following authorization by the Authority Board, commence an action for appropriate legal relief in the local court. The Authority shall also be authorized to take the actions as are necessary to halt or prevent any discharge which presents or may present an endangerment to persons, to the environment, or which threatens to interfere with the operation of the POTW.
