The Authority reserves the right to revise the standards contained in this subchapter consistent with the requirements outlined in 40 C.F.R. pt. 403 and the state pretreatment program. Specific effluent limits shall not be developed and enforced without individual notice to persons or groups who have requested the notice and an opportunity to respond.
