§ 52.101  CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION FROM INDUSTRIAL USERS.
   The Authority agrees to regard information submitted by industrial users during the pretreatment program’s development and implementation as confidential.  Effluent data furnished by industries shall, however, be available without restriction as per 40 C.F.R. pt. 2.302.
