§ 52.100 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTION.

Agents of the Authority, State Department of Natural Resources, or U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shall have the right to enter all properties for the purpose of inspecting, measuring, sampling, and testing the wastewater discharge, and inspecting and copying all records which are required to be kept pursuant to this chapter.
