§ 52.099  INDUSTRIAL COOLING WATER; TREATMENT.
   Industrial cooling water containing the pollutants as insoluble oils or grease, or other suspended solids, shall be treated for removal of the pollutants and then discharged to the storm sewer.  All discharges of cooling water to the stormwater system require an NPDES permit issued by the state prior to initiation of the discharge.
