§ 50.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (B)   Violation of §§ 50.050et seq. shall be a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100, or a jail sentence not to exceed a maximum of 90 days, or both.  Each act of violation and every day upon which the violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates the water restrictions imposed by the resolution of the city, passed pursuant to § 50.085, and duly published in accordance with § 50.086, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined up to $100, or imprisoned up to 90 days, or both.

   (D)   Any person or customer found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.100et seq., or any written order of the City Water Department, in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each violation.  Each day upon which a violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall occur shall be deemed a separate and additional violation for the purpose of this subchapter.
