§ 50.001 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ACQUIRED.  Acquisition by purchase, construction, or any other method.

   AUTHORITY.  The Kalamazoo Lake Sewer and Water Authority.

   CITY.  The City of Douglas.

   KLSWA.  The Kalamazoo Lake Sewer and Water Authority.

   PROJECT.  The improvements, enlargements, and extensions to be acquired.

   REVENUE and NET REVENUE.  Shall be construed as defined in Public Act 94 of 1933, § 3, being M.C.L.A. §§ 141.101 et seq., as amended.

   SYSTEM.  The water system serving the City of Saugatuck or the City of the Village of Douglas, including all plants, works, instrumentation, and properties used or useful in connection with the obtaining of a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water by the Authority.
