§ 34.07  FAILURE TO APPEAR; MISDEMEANOR; DEFAULT OF CIVIL INFRACTION ACTION.
   The failure of an alleged violator to appear at the district court at the time specified in the municipal civil infraction citation or at the district court at the time specified for a hearing is a misdemeanor which will also result in the entry of a default judgment against the alleged violator in the municipal civil infraction action.
