§ 33.04 INTERPRETATION.

This subchapter shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. It is recognized and intended, however, that this subchapter’s smoking prohibition will be more strict than the minimum provisions contained in state and federal laws and regulations.
