It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Violate any provision of this chapter or any condition of any permit granted pursuant to this chapter.
(B) Produce, distribute or possess marihuana in violation of this chapter or any other applicable state or local law.
(C) Make any changes or allow any changes to be made in the operation of the marihuana facility as represented in the permit application, without first notifying the city by amending its application.
