(A) A facility shall be conducted in compliance with the MMFLA, the MRTMA, the MMMA, the rules promulgated pursuant to any of these acts, and all other laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Michigan and the city.
(B) All marihuana in any form kept at the location of the marihuana facility shall be kept within an enclosed, secured building and shall not be visible from any location outside of the building.
(C) Marihuana facilities shall be closed for business, and no sale or other distribution of marihuana in any form shall occur upon the premises or be delivered to or from the premises, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(D) All security measures required in this chapter shall be maintained in good working order. The premises shall be monitored and secured 24 hours per day.
