§ 113.24  ISSUANCE OF PERMIT AND AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE FACILITY UNDER PERMIT.
   If the permit applicant has successfully demonstrated compliance with all requirements for issuance of a permit, the City Clerk shall issue a new permit to the applicant if a permit is available, or grant renewal of an existing permit.
