The business of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of the Village of Douglas shall be performed and conducted at public meetings of the Authority held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.261 to 15.275. The Michigan Freedom of Information Act, Public Act 442 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 to 15.246, shall apply to the City of the Village of Douglas Downtown Development Authority.
