§ 32.03  BOARD; MEMBERSHIP; TERMS.
   The Downtown Development Authority of the City of the Village of Douglas shall be under the supervision and control of a Board consisting of the chief executive officer of the city, and not less than eight or more than 12 members as determined by the City Council.  Members shall be appointed by the chief executive officer of the city, subject to the approval by the City Council.  Eligibility for membership on the Board and terms of office shall be as provided in Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1651 to 125.1680, as amended.  Each member shall hold office until the member’s successor is appointed.
