On or before April 1, 2021, city staff shall submit a report to the City Council regarding the administration of this ordinance and the provisions of the zoning ordinance pertaining to marihuana businesses, and regarding any other pertinent information relating to the operation of marihuana facilities in the city. The report may include proposed ordinance amendments or other proposed policy changes.
