The City Clerk shall issue street performer permits. Every person desiring to perform is required to make written application for a permit to the City Clerk. The City Council may, by resolution, establish a fee to defray the administrative cost of issuing a permit. Each member of the group of performers shall apply separately. The applicant shall truthfully and fully state the information requested on the application.
