The owner of each lot will be responsible to see that the Superintendent is notified at least 24 hours in advance of the pouring of any sidewalk. The work shall not proceed until the Superintendent shall have inspected the rails and subgrade and passed the work as suitable and in conformance with the grade and specifications. The sidewalk shall also be subject to a final inspection after all work has been completed.
