§ 90.06 EXISTING RIGHTS.

Nothing in this subchapter, or the fire codes adopted and amended by this subchapter, shall be construed to affect any pending court proceedings for violators of prior versions of the fire codes which were previously adopted under Ch. 90 of the city code but which are no longer in effect upon the effective date of this subchapter.
