(A) In the event of any conflict between fire codes as adopted and amended in Ch. 90 of the city code and the State Construction Code promulgated pursuant to the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act (Act No. 230 of 1972 as amended, M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 et seq.) and enforced by the city pursuant to Ch. 90 of the city code, the State Construction Code shall control as to all matters within the scope of the State Construction Code.
(B) In the event of any conflict between the fire codes as adopted and amended in Ch. 90 of the city code and the Michigan Fireworks Safety Act (Act No. 256 of 2011, as amended, M.C.L.A. §§ 28.451 et seq.) the Fireworks Safety Act shall control as to all matters within the scope of the Fireworks Safety Act.
