The purpose of this chapter is to preserve Heritage Crossing for the enjoyment, safety, comfort and convenience of the public by prohibiting conduct that unreasonably interferes with the administration and lawful use of Heritage Crossing, by preventing nuisances, and by protecting the health, welfare and safety of the public using Heritage Crossing.
