Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each occurrence. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any violation by a licensee may, in the sole discretion of the mayor, result in the suspension or revocation of the license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 3177, 12-2-2019)
