5-25-7: USE OF PREMISES AFTER REVOCATION:

Upon revocation of any license issued pursuant to this chapter, no new license shall be granted to such licensee, or any owner, partner, shareholder or member of such licensee, for a period of at least three (3) years thereafter. (Ord. 3177, 12-2-2019)
