Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as any obligation or liability of the city to levy any tax or expend any city money, or assume any liability to pay any existing or future encumbrances of the foregoing described real estate, or to pay any obligation created by the airport board or any indebtedness or obligation created or arising on account of the Dixon Airport.
