The Dixon Airport, Charles R. Walgreen Field shall be located on the following described premises, as supplemented from time to time by acquisitions of real estate made by the city council for Dixon Airport purposes:
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) and part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 9 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Lee County, Illinois, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 3; thence southerly on the East Line of said Section 3 a distance of 2504.0 feet to the Northerly Right of Way line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company; thence westerly on the said Northerly Right of Way line a distance of 4651.30 feet to a point 2000 feet west of the East line of the said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 3; thence Northerly parallel with the said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 848.8 feet; thence Northeasterly at an angle of 99° 52' measured counterclockwise from the last described course a distance of 2029.8 feet to the said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence Northerly on the said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 546.6 feet thence westerly perpendicular to the last described course a distance of 396.0 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 528.0 feet; thence easterly perpendicular to the last described course a distance of 396.0 feet to the said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4); thence extending easterly parallel with the North line of the said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of 161.04 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the west line of the said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of 330.0 feet to the North line of the said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4); thence easterly on the said North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of 2483.06 feet to the said point of beginning.
