(A) The following Illinois statutes are adopted by reference as if fully set forth in this section: (Ord. 2861, 1-17-2012)

(B) The penalty for violation of any of the above described provisions adopted by reference in subsection (A) of this section shall be a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Such penalty may also include, or consist of, a requirement that the defendant perform some reasonable public service work, such as, but not limited to, the picking up of litter in public parks, or along public highways or the maintenance of public facilities.
