9-2-13: EXCAVATIONS; LEAVING UNGUARDED:
No person making an excavation upon or adjoining any street or alley or sidewalk or having the same in charge shall leave it open and unprotected so as to endanger persons or animals. (Ord. 297, 12-8-1959)
