9-1-8: REPORT OF IMPROPER CONDUCT:
The chief of police shall promptly report to the city manager any member of the police force who is guilty of drunkenness, neglect of duty, disobedience of orders or violation of the rules and regulations of the police department. (1950 Code; amd. 2020 Code)
