8-1-16: REPORT OF IMPROPER CONDUCT:
It shall be the duty of the chief of the fire department to promptly report to the city manager and to the board of fire and police commissioners any member of the fire department who may be guilty of any charges listed under article VI, section 4 of the rules and regulations of the board of fire and police commissioners of the city of Dixon.
