8-1-15: INTERFERENCE:

No person shall interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the chief of the fire department or any of his assistants in the discharge of their duties or shall, without the permission of the chief of the fire department, connect or attempt to connect any electric wire or water pipe or connection after it has been disconnected by the chief of the fire department or under his order. (1950 Code)
