A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the building official of the city, being marked and designated as the latest edition of Illinois state plumbing code, as published by the Illinois department of public health, and as may be amended from time to time, and hereby is adopted as the plumbing code of the city for the control of plumbing installations and alterations as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Illinois state plumbing code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, verbatim, except the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, prescribed in this chapter.
