A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the building official of the city, being marked and designated as the national electrical code of 2014, as published by the National Fire Protection Association, be and hereby is adopted as the electrical code of the city for the control of electrical installations as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the national electrical code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter verbatim, except the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in section 7-5-1-1 of this chapter.
