A line shall be established one hundred fifty feet (150') outside of and measured perpendicular to the boundaries of each district designated by the zoning title, now in effect or as hereafter amended, for B-1, B-2 and B-3 business districts and M-1 manufacturing district, limited and the M-2 manufacturing district, general. The lines so established shall be considered within the fire limits.
A building or structure shall be deemed to be within the fire limits if more than one-third (1/3) of the ground floor area of such building or structure is located therein. (Ord. 408, 1963)
