The building official in the discharge of his official duties, and upon proper identification, shall have authority to enter any building, structure or premises at any reasonable hour. (Ord. 408, 1963)
The foregoing provision relative to the right of entry to any building, structure or premises shall also apply to any and all members of the dangerous building investigation and condemnation board, heretofore appointed by the mayor of the city, and confirmed by the council, and they, too, shall all have the right of entry as provided in the foregoing.
