(A) A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the building official of the city, being marked and designated as the international building code, 2015 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and hereby is adopted as the building code of the city for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the international building code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter verbatim, except the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in section 7-1-1-1 of this chapter.
(B) The following appendices of the international building code, 2015 edition, adopted in subsection (A) of this section, are also adopted:
1. Appendix F: Rodent Proofing;
2. Appendix G: Flood-Resistant Construction;
3. Appendix I: Patio Covers. (Ord. 2989, 2-1-2016)
