1-21-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide for a fair and efficient system of enforcement of City ordinances as may be allowed by law and directed by ordinance, through an administrative adjudication of violations of such City ordinances. (Ord. 3143, 6-3-2019)
