(A) Liability: The City, the Airport Board, the Airport Manager and the airport and all of their or its officers, employees and agents assume no responsibility for loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property by reason of fire, theft, vandalism, wind, flood, earthquake, collision, strikes or acts of God or of the public enemy, nor does it assume any liability for injury or death to persons while on the airport or while using the facilities of same, or for property damage.
(B) Indemnity: The privilege of using the airport and its facilities shall be upon the condition that any person using same shall assume the full responsibility and risk for the use thereof and shall release and hold harmless and indemnify the City, the Airport Manager, the Airport Board, the airport and all of their or its officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or loss resulting from such use.
(C) Revisions And Amendments: The City reserves the right, to at any time without notice, revise, modify, change, or waive any or all of the foregoing rules and regulations. (Ord. 1062, 12-15-1980; amd. 2020 Code; Ord. 3385, 11-20-2023)
