1-4-1: PENALTY 1 :

   (A)   Limits Of Fine: Unless otherwise provided in this code, any person who shall violate any section of this code shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each such violation.

   (B)   Continuing Violation: In any case in which an offense is of a continuing nature, each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation, and shall subject the person so violating such provision to a separate fine for each such day.

   (C)   Public Service: Any penalty imposed for a violation of this code may include, or consist of, a requirement that the person so convicted performs some reasonable public service work such as, but not limited to, the picking up of litter in public parks or along public highways or the maintenance of public facilities.
