3-2-10: NO LOITERING BY MINORS OR CERTAIN OTHER PEOPLE:
People who are under the influence of alcohol, anyone under the age of twenty one (21) years and incompetent people for whom a guardian or conservator has been appointed shall not be permitted to loiter or remain in or about any class I tavern, lounge or club where liquors, as defined by this chapter, are either sold or given away. Any person selling, exchanging or giving liquor, wine or beer to such people who are under the influence of alcohol, or anyone under the age of twenty one (21) or to any incompetent person shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter provided, and the person in whose name the license is issued shall be considered to have violated the provisions of this chapter and his license shall be subject to suspension or revocation as is hereinafter provided.
