No colored glass, curtain, drape, screen or partition shall be hung or used behind or in connection with the windows or doors or any other place in the building that will constrict viewing the complete interior of any class I tavern that is licensed under this chapter. In the event any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter are violated, the person in whose name the license has been issued shall be subject to the penalties provided in this chapter and the license issued to the person thereof shall be subject to suspension or revocation.
